Turkey Confit

Turkey leg/thigh salted night before
Oven on 225
Fill pot with oil, bring temp up do not boil
Add Bay leaves, Pepper corn, garlic head with skin removed
Submerge turkey
Rosemary
Oven for 3 hours
Check after 2.5
Poke turkey until cooked
Set aside to cool down
Once cooled down take out paot
Remove skin
Rap the chicken in foil plate
Oil in pan and put skin in pan
Get it crispy
